Job Title: Creative Director (Experience in women’s retail/women’s apparel brands HIGHLY preferred)

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid-2-3 days onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $177,000 annually, based on experience

About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our multidisciplinary creative team in delivering compelling, innovative, and brand-defining campaigns across digital, video, and experiential platforms. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creative leadership, ensuring our storytelling resonates with our audiences while elevating the brand to new heights.

As Creative Director, you’ll serve as the strategic and creative cornerstone of our marketing and content efforts, collaborating closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams. You will guide projects from concept through execution while championing creative excellence, innovation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns across all channels (digital, video, social, print, experiential).
• Mentor, inspire, and manage a diverse team of designers, copywriters, art directors, and video producers.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into breakthrough creative strategies that drive engagement and performance.
• Ensure consistency and quality of brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
• Oversee creative workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely, high-impact deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence.
• Stay ahead of trends in culture, design, and technology to push the brand forward and keep creative ideas fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within advertising, media, entertainment, or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of leading award-winning, cross-platform creative campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, design, content creation, and storytelling.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Experience working in hybrid environments and managing both in-house and freelance teams.
• Deep understanding of the intersection between creative, marketing, and business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
