TITLE: Growth Marketing Operations Specialist / Journey Builder
LOCATION: Culver City, CA (onsite Tues – Thursday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 Month Contract
Growth Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

Develop and execute customer journeys for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives
-
Act as a subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with growth marketing, product, and engineering teams
-
Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, assessing product goals, platform capabilities, and data requirements
-
Clearly communicate operational plans, deliverables, and risks to stakeholders
-
Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity, identifying and reporting issues to internal teams
-
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and tooling
-
Build and maintain a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks
Growth Marketing Operations Specialist Requirements:
-
5–7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
-
Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys
-
High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Proactive, thoughtful, resourceful, and capable of navigating ambiguity
-
Ability to stay calm under pressure and pivot as needed
-
Effective communication skills across various formats (Slack, email, presentations)
-
Team-oriented with strong collaboration and consideration for team impact
Growth Marketing Operations Specialist Preferred Experience:
-
Experience in SQL
-
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $70–81/hr.
