Product Manager
Atlanta, GA (hybrid-remote 3 days onsite) 
W2 contract through 2025 with potential for extensions or conversion perm (medical, dental & vision benefits offered) 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly data-savvy Product Manager to step into a critical role within our CRM & Intelligence team. Following an internal transition, this position is essential to maintaining our customer data infrastructure, Salesforce integrations, and intelligence-driven product decisions. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, a strong communicator, and an assertive leader who can push back and drive initiatives forward while working closely with engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Product Management: Own and drive initiatives that leverage Google BigQuery (GBQ) and Salesforce customer data to enhance CRM intelligence and decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, CRM, and intelligence teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and execute roadmaps.
• Assertive Leadership: Push back when necessary, ensuring that engineering teams remain focused and accountable while balancing business needs.
• Customer Data Strategy: Manage and refine data structures to support customer insights, analytics, and reporting across multiple teams.
• Hybrid Work Collaboration: Be available for key in-person meetings, including PI Planning and strategic discussions, while maintaining flexibility with remote work.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ Data-Savvy – Strong experience with Google BigQuery (GBQ), data analytics, and Salesforce customer data.
✔ Strong Presence & Communication – Must be comfortable standing firm with engineering teams to drive execution.
✔ CRM & Intelligence Expertise – Background in CRM product management, customer data implementation, and intelligence teams.
✔ Product Management & Decision-Making – Proven ability to work in data-driven product environments with a focus on analytics.
✔ Hybrid Work Capable – Able to work on-site at least 3 days a week and attend critical in-person meetings as needed.

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $70.00/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
